This policy explains what information Stible Flow collects when you visit stibleflow.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only, not the Stible Flow product provided to customers under a separate agreement.

Information you give us

The only way this website collects personal information is through the contact form. When you submit it we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your club, marina or company name, if you provide one
• The message you write

We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss whether Stible Flow suits your operation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Information collected automatically

Alongside a form submission we record the page you first arrived on, the website that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, the button you clicked, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. This tells us which channels bring people to us so we can spend our effort where it is useful.

Analytics

We use Umami to understand how the site is used. Umami is privacy-focused and does not use cookies and does not collect or store personal information. It reports aggregate figures only — page views, approximate country, device type, browser and referring site. It cannot identify you, and we cannot use it to contact you.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies.To carry attribution details from your arrival through to a form submission we use your browser's sessionStorage, which is cleared when you close the tab and is never sent anywhere except with a form you choose to submit.

Where your information is held

Form submissions are stored on our web hosting, outside the publicly accessible part of the server, and are also sent to us by email. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you unless you become a customer, in which case the terms of that relationship apply.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection regulator. To exercise any of these, email hello@stibleflow.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Third parties

We rely on service providers to run this website: our web host, our email provider, and Umami for analytics. They process information only as needed to provide their service to us.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
